Very nicely done! I really like the bottom half of the page that loads all of the resources for specific audiences. Was this an in-house job?
Personally I'm not a fan of the design. But overall the site is clean and presented well, so a TU for me.
Dang, normally I would have thumbed this down as fast as I saw it, but after digging through this site for a month or so, I'm either starting to appreciate the subtlety of Higher Ed design or I've lowered my design standards....
