Not crazy about the whit box around the logo and the wasted space at the top, but otherwise this is a very well done homepage. The video interface is super slick.
there are some interesting things going on here, perhaps too many at the moment. Lots of space at the, pushes some of the nicer stuff lower on the page.
I was a little confused by the white box too, I thought it was an error until I tested in other browsers. Overall though I like the site. I'm impressed to see IM and Chat placed so prominently on the site. Good work.
