The site itself is fairly nice, but I think the home page could benefit from a little more whitespace. It seems a bit crowded.
Also, I was disappointed to find that the large promotional area on the home page automatically switches to the next promo even when you're trying to interact with the current promo. It was especially surprising that it switched while I was trying to watch one of the videos.

It's not so much the design but the execution. Excellent job!
