Sooooooooooooooooo much better than the old site & quite innovative. The AUpedia section is great - a new standard for community building and social networking.
Don't like the main page as much as the first-click pages. The main page needs a focal point. Too many competing elements--eye doesn't know where to go. There are nice graphical elements, I'm just seeing to much cramming going on still. Not a bad site by any means, but I find it somewhat overrated.
Sorry I didn't realize that I didn't put a comment with my link. This link is to a site that checks the coding for errors. Thsi a report on AU it found 133 errors in the coding and 15 warinings.
I like the fact that they use a ton of rising technologies like jQuery, sIFR etc but there are something about the amount of content that on this site that makes it distracting. I'm also a fan of the navigation and how it has bolding gone where most institutions stays on a the beaten path.
Also just noticed that when javascript is turned off that they used # for links that would pull down menus. Should be redirecting to a page or reloading with the menu expanded.

great re-design!
This site is awesome I really like the Discover AU virtual tour part. It's really well done!
much improved visual design and intuitive navigation. discover AU & virtual tour is pretty sweet; the AUpedia wiki is a great special feature.
Very nice. Very clean. I like how the 'extra' material is handled with the drop downs.
This website is well done - the headers not only make it easy to find info but show AU's values. Segments on students pulled me in. Great job!
Nice virtual tour, wish more colleges did this as well. Clean design, easy to navigate, good architecture.
Nice site! Easy to navigate and the discover AU portal is awesome! It's also aesthetically pleasing.
I've been making our folks review it. Great site love the dynamic content and wiki the tour ....

Great redesign!
Great design! Congratulations to the web team!
Love it. Clean, fresh and full of rich content.
The header looks a little too corporate for me, but I love the "AU by the Numbers" section at the bottom.
WOW! Amazing design and functionality... You can sense the planning and efforts that went into this site!
More recruiting? TD.
