I really had to search around to figure out what the name of the school was, and the design looks really generic -- like a WordPress template.

Also, that audience-driven navigation down the side does my head in. Under the link "Faculty", I expect to find information about the fine faculty of this school, people like the Crash Test Smarty (brilliant headline). Instead, I find a link to teaching opportunities. I prefer keeping your intranets off your home page.
