Overall I like it. But the typography needs a lot of work. Link colors are the same color as paragraph text? OUCH. No rollovers on links? OUCH.
There just seems to be way too much text on the home page and even content pages, and it all just blends together with everything being black. I think changing the link color, and getting rid of about half of the text overall would do this site a lot of good.

I like the overall design. Love the images that appear on the homepage, they seem very direct.
On the other side I feel there is too much text in all the pages and once you've passed the imagery on top, it gets a bit overwhelming.
Inside pages have a nice layout and great small detail.
My biggest problem... the drop-down menu :(
