This was a borderline thumbs up for me. I like the unique approach on the testimonials but I'm not a fan of the inner pages as much. I do like the color scheme on the front page as well.
Initially this site looked promising, nicely done graphics and good information grouping and hierarchy on the homepage. Then upon clicking to see how their navigation flows, I find my self confused with never-ending left-nav with orange and yellow graphical lines. These graphical lines were used to show subpages with in subpages. Instant thumbs down because rather than helping with scan-ability it created more confusion. This is a bad choice of graphic to use for navigation. There are other graphical shapes that will work best to indicate subpages. Some times indenting too will get the job done.

agree 100% with @rolaine, home page showed promise.. but the interior pages lost me on all aspects.
Looks like a blog template to me.
