I don't hate it, but the combination of only some links having hover states, the site map style home page combined with no active states on main navigation resulting in a confusing experience for me at first.
I understand these are hard to design and not have it look boring, but it looks like a page out of a phone book. I guess it could be worse...It could be black and white.

It does its purpose having information in your face. A dash of creativity would be nice tho.
