Navigation is difficult to use - took me several tries to move my mouse over to a submenu item without losing the whole thing.

Also, this is the second time today that I'm seeing this strange phenomenon of some sub-pages or different content areas looking really good... while the homepage leaves me scratching my head (for example, check out Admissions -> Undergrad Admissions)

@msteciuk: I had no problems with the navigation, but maybe that's my 30 years of mashing away at video games that gives me the edge :)

I don't mind the design as a whole, but it just doesn't work for me. Jittery flash movies, and full table based layout (even using a table for each item in an unordered list!!!) will not get my vote.

@TAdams, btw... I bet most people here think you're well into your middle age thanks to the comment above. I know I did. :)

I find the design lacking... design. The pans used on the flash don't seem to have a consistent flow or direction to them and it looks jittery as TAdams said. The pages are boring and look like basic green boxes. Site needs to incorporate more images, colors, and fonts (Need a Graphic Designer).
