I love the overall design and quality of the flash work although I just don't think full blown flash was really necessary here.
I waited roughly 10 seconds for the movie to even load, then another 10 seconds while things animated on before I could even do anything.
I was also a little underwhelmed by the 2 second speech clips, I would have at least expected videos or something more engaging for being a full blown flash site.

Wow. This takes weeks to load! The coolest things about this are the squirrels and the 3d buildings.
Great fundraising medium!
