Our team has over 10 years of experience working in higher-ed web design. We've been in the trenches working for 4 different schools and consulted with many more. We founded the eduStyle website, run (and judge) the eduStyle Awards and wrote the eduStyle Guide to Usable Higher-Ed Homepage Design. We're presenters, authors, coders, designers, testers and judges. You might just call us experts. And we've been working hard to help you make your sites better.

So we're experts, ok, but what do you get? We'll provide you with a document jam packed with specific recommendations to help improve your site. Every report includes examples of best practices. In cases where you are doing things right, we make sure you know. We offer expert external advice backed by thousands of hours of research and experience.

When should I get a review?

Having a useful and effective website is a constant battle. If you are not constantly improving it, your website is sliding towards obsolete. Frankly, there is no standing still. There are three key times when you'll get the most value out our website reviews:

  • You are trying to decide whether it is time to consider a redesign
  • You have completed a redesign within the last 2 years and trying to identify areas to improve
  • You have started a redesign and are looking for 3rd party feedback on a design (see Design Reviews)

We'll look at one page on your site or a design mockup. This single page report includes specific recommendations to help improve the design and usability of a single page or design. The finished report will be emailed to you within 7 days of booking date.

Page Reviews

We'll look at one page on your site. This 5 page report includes specific recommendations to help improve the design, usability, navigation, SEO and overall quality of a single page on your website. Report also includes code samples and examples of best practices. The finished report will be emailed to you within 21 days of booking date.

Site Reviews

(next available Jul. 2, 2013)
We'll look at up to 10 primary pages on the site (you choose). This 30 page report includes specific recommendations to help improve the design, usability, navigation, SEO, social media and overall quality of your site. It also includes code samples and examples of best practices. The finished report will be emailed to you within 30 days of booking date.

We'll look at up to 20 primary pages on the site (you choose). This 100 page report includes specific recommendations to help improve the design, usability, navigation, SEO, social media and overall quality of your site. It also includes code samples and examples of best practices. The finished report will be emailed to you within 60 days of booking date.
